'All The Lost Things' is an installation of 100 small, abstract pencil drawings, based on the average size of a human heart. I believe that when we mourn the loss of a person, animal or thing, instead of leaving a sense of emptiness, the yearned-for beloved has a weight and presence that we carry with us long after they have gone. As these people and objects slip into memory, they morph and soften around the edges, becoming gently elusive and lightly drift in and out of our consciousness.
